I love these stories. The gay bashing neo-nazi is a hero we must love and support. Because he is fighting against Russia that doesn't allow gay marriage, therefor they are evil.
ABC News failed to mention that Ruslan Knysh is a neo-Nazi ideological officer in the 3rd Army Corps. In June, he attended an anti-LGBT march in Kyiv, where he described "same-sex creatures" as "parasites for Ukraine."

The movies have some of the worst acting and writing to ever be featured in a big budget Hollywood film. Even worse than the original Star Wars trilogy, which is saying something.

I wish people would do a little research on the studio that made this movie. Laika Studios is owned by billionaire Nike co-founder Phil Knight so that his son who loves Stop Motion animation can have fun. Laika isn't meant to make a profit. The studio is a billion dollar toy.
Another woke movie, Wildwood, with LGBTQ+ characters, flops horribly. Same sex couples, lesbian and gay couples, two men kissing, with various pronoun talk in the movie. The budget was $100 million, and it only made $15 million globally after 5 days of release. Another one that went woke, and goes broke. Evidently, the stop-motion movie took 16 years to make. What a waste of an art form; all that hand-crafted animation just went into the garbage.

These statistics are misleading. TL;DR is that our labor market is contracting, except healthcare. Most (78%) of these positions (nurses) are women. ¼1m≈¾329k This is an indication we are shifting into a true boomer slavery economy. All new labor is now wiping old boomer ass.
WOMEN GOT EVERY NET NEW JOB IN AMERICA SINCE DECEMBER 2024 US payrolls grew by 728,000 from December 2024 to September 2026. Women gained 729,000. Men lost 1,000. Health care and social assistance added 1,057,000. Every other industry combined lost 329,000.

"It was more important as a political statement" is what the West will put on the entire Ukrainian project's gravestone after they lose the war.
Fire Point says they're closing down the "Flamingo" missile project because it's pointless, and it was never meant to be effective; "it was more important as a political statement than as a miracle weapon".

I wonder why this guy is salty about Steam's continued success with its userbase.
I'm gonna spell this out because this issue is deceptively subtle: 1. The Steam client and infrastructure is somewhere between "not that hard" and "trivial". It's a download service attached to a payment processor with a smattering of services on the side. Cloud providers handle all the infrastructure these days. 2. Steam takes 30% of gross revenue; ostensibly for the privilege of using these services, but in reality it is purely to get access to the massive Steam userbase. 3. Steam users love Steam and having their whole library in one place. It works. It's dependable. It has sales and cards and achievements, oh my! 4. PC developers have no option but to distribute through Steam or lose the vast majority of sales. Not releasing on Steam destroys the business model. 5. Therefore, no amount of competition will ever unseat Steam. People post-hoc rationalize this with memes about how gracious Gabe is. And how brilliant their services are. But realistically, no avid Steam user wants other stores to succeed. The mere existence of other stores risks splintering their precious collection. They are "all in" on Steam. Invested. Even if an alternative were objectively better, by whatever metric you care about, it would still be of no interest to Steam users. They would in fact find it to be a problem and a threat to their investment. Competition in this space is not only uninteresting to most Steam users, it's actively denigrated! The CONSEQUENCE of this situation, is that 30% of all gross revenue is siphoned out of the PC games industry into a black hole. It doesn't recirculate into studios. It doesn't pay any bonuses. It doesn't fund any sequels or DLC. This is a particularly insidious tax because it's well hidden. It's a second order effect. Most Steams users don't know, and the few that do never consider the aggregate effect this has on their favorite hobby. It's undeniable that, at this point in history, Valve could EASILY lower the distribution fee while maintaining healthy margins. But they don't have to. Users are locked into Steam and therefore developers are stuck paying 30% of gross revenue to Valve. The irony is that Steam users, the very ones maintaining this unbreakable stalemate, would benefit the most from a better financed game development ecosystem. I don't think this is fixable. It's just sad.

Arrowhead got their shitty code mogged so hard they switched anti-cheat clients rather than fix their code.
Helldivers 2 is getting review-bombed on Steam after Arrowhead switched to Easy Anti-Cheat. The new anti-cheat is meant to stop mods that give players unfair advantages, but it has also broken mods that players used for fixes, custom content and quality-of-life features. The backlash turned Steam reviews in mostly negative and players accusing Arrowhead of breaking things that the community used to work around long-standing bugs. Now EAC is also blocking some PC players from launching the game at all.

Dude forgot Azerbaijan. They literally committed the UN definition of a genocide a few years ago and nobody batted an eye. The EU is still begging for more of their gas.
The last few months have proven Saudi Arabia is almost as bad as Israel at propaganda and informational warfare campaigns. The UAE seems to be the only country able to get away with supporting genocides and being imperialistic without being hated by the masses on social media.

Pretty good read on the whole Starlink issue in Ukraine. And pretty much as I figured, a case of using commercial equipment outside the allowed parameters.
From a Russian perspective S. Shilov: "Morality, licensing, and Starlink: why Musk suddenly remembered about human lives Musk unleashed a tirade: "The Ukrainian military violated the terms of use of Starlink and used it for offensive drone strikes with the aim of killing people. This loophole was closed last week." At the same time, Musk expressed complete contempt for "hypocritical, warmongering cynics who advocate for endless bloodshed and do not offer a realistic solution to the conflict." The debate about Starlink is being framed in terms of morality, but it's not about humanism - Musk will not stop or prevent tragedies like the one in Starobelsk, or the almost daily drone attacks ("Hornet") on civilian buses. The issue is primarily about the rules of using a commercial product and its price. Colleagues have explained in detail that Ukrainians have long circumvented Musk's restrictions - he saw this, but tolerated it for a long time. They were soldering a GPS board into the civilian terminal, which spoofed the coordinates: the terminal "reported" that it was in an authorized coverage area and supposedly stationary. But in reality, it was operating on a drone flying at high speed far from that point. The actual drone could be 150+ km away, and the Starlink server continued to provide connectivity at a cheap civilian rate, while such tasks require the expensive military Starshield. Musk knew about this from the beginning and repeatedly tried to close the loophole, but unsuccessfully, until he found a working server-side solution: if the terminal is stationary according to GPS, but switches between satellites too quickly, the connection is terminated. The financial aspect is also important. Previously, the American government paid for the traffic, now it's the Europeans. But the point is not who is paying, but that Musk simply does not want uncontrolled use of the technology. Today, it is being used by Ukrainians, but tomorrow, the same Iranians, with whom a war is brewing, could find the key, and the American military, incidentally, needs stable internet traffic. Giving the tool away without rules and control means setting an example for others: with a licensed product, you can do anything you want "for free" and there will be no consequences. This challenges Musk as the owner of the technology and undermines his business model: civilian use for civilians, military use for the military, and at a high price. Colleagues noted that for the stable operation of Starlink in Ukraine, it is necessary to build expensive infrastructure in Europe: "Due to the high load, the network was overloaded. SpaceX had to keep prices high for the military in order to build an excess of ground stations around Ukraine to minimize signal latency. It was these sites with dome antennas that recently began to be burned down on orders from the dark web." Therefore, the talk about humanism and human lives began when it became advantageous to raise the issue. He knew about the problem long ago, and a suitable reason arose - another temporary spat between Zelensky and Trump. Musk is defending not morality, but the market and control. They are negotiating between themselves - how much the Europeans will pay and under what conditions, while selling it to the public as "forcing Zelensky to peace."" t.me/bayraktar1070/8289 t.me/cosmodivers/7766
