Our 2024 Looking Glass Report shows that mental health in film, TV, and cinema is getting worse.
35% rated their mental health as poor or very poor in 2024, up from 24% in 2019.
Only 12% think the industry is mentally healthy place to work.
63% say the industry has a negative impact on their mental health.
