The Alaska Supreme Court are either non-sentient, or they believe that dirty tricks by Democrats are allowed- either way, not a single one of them should still be sitting on the court by 8 AM tomorrow morning.
But, ofc, they still will be- which means that Alaska remains ruled by non-sentient beings.
This is an important point from Eric. The nonincumbent Dan Sullivan made representations to the court that he was not trying to confuse or mislead voters and that he ran as a Republican because he believes in conservative principles and Republican viewpoints. This sets up another major problem about whether he misled the court in addition to the public.
