Great game from Madrid tonight. Think they can build a lot from this.
At times too rushed and made several wrong decisions in attack due to it, but when they attempted to control and distribute, they were superb. Bernardo was very important for this.
If they can strike balance from those control moments and their superb talent in transition, they can go back to the elite level.
A proper distributor DM would do wonders there. Still in shock they allowed Rodri to go to Barca.

Yet, playing under the torrential rain at the Emirates, Arsenal got their first set-piece goal for this season.

“Outclassed” when Arsenal made Bayern defend the deepest they had in a looong time while controlling most of the game and constantly creating issues for Bayern defense.
Guy is just mad that his agendas continue to fail cause Arteta goes in a different direction of what he wants.
Forget the late Declan Rice goal and Gyokeres assist, Kompany completely outclassed Arteta tactically tonight.
In the absence of Olise, he played Kane deeper and used him as the main creator, with Davies making in-behind runs to hit Arsenal in transition. And it has absolutely worked. Their first goal came from this exact approach.
