So ready to release this tendency once and for all! Burnout exacerbates my overthinking believe it or not. Running on fumes and on survival mode = over engineering the slightest details. Can’t plan strategically - too busy tweaking an email to a sr leader for the 8th time…! 🫣

In a similar season. The self-criticism and detours straight to solutions without honoring my feelings come so natural I don’t even notice I’m doing it. On a journey to normalize self-compassion. Hasn’t been easy (sometimes I feel foolish), but I know it’ll be worth it. 💛

In the thick of a self-criticism and self-doubt season. Haven’t talked about it because I feel a lot of shame anytime I’m not “on” mentally, emotionally, etc. All of this is to say: I’m trying to be nicer to myself and any encouragement/hype from y’all would mean a whole lot ❤️
