My takeaways: 👉 if FDA would approve PlozaSiran for sHTG today, we would be ready to launch 👉 product ready, sales team ready, processes ready, 20'000 doctors identified, thousands of patients known, very good feedback from payers - not just for FCS patients, even if we look for sHTG patients! 👉 we will start focusing on patients above Trig's 880 (1 Mil US patients) but we hear that doctors also want to prevent first AP for patients between 500 - 880 Trig's!! 👉 NO! licensing deals planned, maybe for some smaller markets. We sell PlozaSiran and ZodaSiran on our own!! Good thing! 👉 PlozaSiran is REALLY superior than tryngolza 👉 We are excited about DimerPA, AROMAPT, AROINHBE and AROALK7! 👉 No changes in data disclosure for those 4 candidates 👉 September for DimerPA and AROMAPT 👉 Q4 for ALK7 and INHBE

$ARWR great to see that Co today did not inflate (initial) plozasiran sales potential: >880 and 500-880 with prior Hx. It's all up to execution now and maybe look beyond US. I also expect a few off-label 500-880 uses out of the vast pool of sHTG subjects. If I had 800, but no prior Hx, I'd want to do anything to avoid painful AP. Rare to see such honesty. Sign of confidence.

The name Lake Ontario comes from the Wendat word Ontari’io, which, appropriately, means “the lake is beautiful, the lake is big”. The name is more than 400 years old, predating both the Confederation of Canada and the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America. We know that America is changing. Their trading relationships, their foreign policies, their national monuments, their hydronyms. Canadians also know that naming reality means calling it Lake Ontario – then, now and always.
