This might seem strange and a little gross because of the combination, but it's the most natural way to gain muscle 🫡

Goodnight, Nerissa. I’m nestled in blankets now, already looking forward to a cozy membies tomorrow. I’m quite tired and burned out from work right now, so it almost feels like you’re swooping in to comfort this small birb💙
Sleep gently tonight, Newissa. Loves😌💙

Good morning everyone.
I think the change of seasons is affecting me, and today I've been kinda sick.... When I'm like this I wish I could just sleep.
Things my be hard today, but I will still do what I can.
I hope you have a great day.

A year ago, I made peace with myself if I were to live my life alone without any friends be it online or offline, I’m okay with it.
But today, despite not having deep relationships with much irl. You all here brings so much joy and happiness to my life. With that, I thank you 💙
