By your dumb logic , the UAE having diplomatic relations with Israel , should never be allowed to invest in the Maldives . What the hell kind of twisted, hypocritical bullshit is that?
Following your absurd reasoning Maldives would have to stop importing goods, refuse foreign investments and produce absolutely everything on its own.
And you happily use facebook, X, iphones and countless other products and services with business or tech ties to Israel while you preach this crap. So where do your principles go in terms of your own convenience?
You cannot pick and choose international connections when it suits the Maldives and conveniently ignore the same in your everyday life.
Your arguments against the Ras Malé–Eagle Hills investment are increasingly beginning to sound like politically-motivated double standards rather than genuine principles. If you have real evidence of wrongdoing, present it. Enough of this stupid hypocrisy of insulting people's intelligence.
FYI Midhuam posted this on his own Instagram. @NIOGlobal reported commercial and tech ties with Israeli companies. So when it suits you it is fine, but when UAE invests in the Maldives it is wrong? What impudence, politically!
