Yesterday, we open sourced the tooling we use to transform the @cdisc (née @DrugInfoAssn) TMF Reference Model (@TMFRefModel) into machine readable JSON. The release artifacts are there too.

Vendor SOPs frequently state that a sponsor will be notified of a serious breach after the vendor has investigated the issue and determined whether or not a breach has occurred...but vendors don't typically have the scope to conduct such an investigation effectively.
In any case they are rarely delegated that authority by sponsors. The newly-effective EMA guidance may help sponsors and CROs align on this issue. readyroom.net/serious-breach…
