I've spent the first hour of my day trying to get this piece of crap .@hpprint to work. They won't let you use any cartrage, even a genuine HP carriage if it's been installed before. I only took it out because I was troubleshooting their crappy printer.

Thank you @GeekSquad for fixing my 6 week old @Dell computer when they couldn't.

Wow .@Dell I've been on the phone for almost and hour and have nothing to show for it except a link to contact a 4th person for a computer 6 weeks old that has never worked properly. Great customer support!
