Right now, the Fed is trying to cool inflation and adjust rates in order to create demand for their debt. That's where we are now. Bubbles should pop from increased rate hikes (Treasuries historically are safer + liquid assets) as citizens and companies can no longer pay the high interest on their debt. I think we'll see some major corrections in risk assets, maybe some bankruptcy, more job losses, and in the end, yes the fed will need to print.
