Amazing to have been shortlisted in the @MHBlogAwards this year. There aren't many projects focusing on psychosis and SMI, especially while also been fully lived experience led, so it's incredible to be included in such an event

Itโs #WorldMentalHealthDay, and I hope and wish the conversation would shift from just talking about positive mental health to the realities of severe mental illness, which remains heavily misunderstood and those of us with these diagnoses still suffer as a result of stigma.
