A trader left a 1-star review. We didn’t just publish it. Here’s what happened. 👇 A trader submitted a serious complaint against @GetFundedNow, claiming his account was closed unfairly. He also attached evidence to support his experience. But at RebateBoard, we don’t automatically approve reviews simply because someone provides a screenshot. Our moderation team noticed something that needed further clarification. So we reached out to the trader, requested additional evidence, and contacted the brand to hear their side of the story. And that’s exactly why we built RebateBoard’s review system differently. We don’t exist to protect brands from negative reviews, and we certainly don’t exist to silence traders. We exist to make sure both sides are heard, evidence is examined, and genuine complaints receive the attention they deserve. Every submitted review goes through manual moderation. When something doesn’t add up, we investigate further. A 1-star review deserves the same level of scrutiny as a 5-star review.
