T-Minus 90 is a builder program for Dusk that @tminus_dusk and I are running together. Over 90 days, we help 3 builders take a dApp from idea to mainnet.
We've both shipped on Dusk. Tminus built @sozu_dusk, I built Dusk Domains. So the mentoring comes from people who've been through it, from the first contract to the mainnet deploy.
The deal
You get a Claude Team seat for 3 months, a weekly call with both of us, product reviews along the way and a security review before you go live. You also get shoutouts from my X account, help with the mainnet deployment costs and a private Discord with the other builders.
In return, you build in public, with an open-source repo and a short weekly update. Your proof of concept needs to work on testnet by December 1st. If it doesn't, your seat goes to the next person on the waitlist. The dApp needs to be live on mainnet by February 1st.
You fully own what you build. We don't take equity.
Who we're looking for
What matters most to us is distribution. Who is going to use your dApp and why will they use it? ZK and privacy, AI or agentic use cases are a plus, but the proof of concept on testnet needs to work first. The ZK or AI parts can come later.
Applying takes about 5 minutes. If you're not picked, you're on the waitlist.

Financial automation shouldn’t expose sensitive investor and transaction data.
A tokenized bond, for example, might only be available to investors from certain countries.
The application needs to confirm that the buyer qualifies, without making their identity or personal documents public.
It also needs to:
→ enforce restrictions on future transfers
→ coordinate delivery of the asset and payment
→ make relevant records available for authorized review
Dusk lets developers build privacy-preserving smart contracts for these workflows.
Using zero-knowledge proofs, an application can verify that an eligibility requirement is met without revealing the private information behind that check.
Selective disclosure allows specific information to be shared with authorized reviewers when needed.
The application’s design determines what stays confidential, what can be verified publicly and what authorized reviewers can access.

dusk-network:native = Privacy. Real-world assets. MiCA-ready rails
Quick reminder what Dusk actually is:
A Layer 1 for regulated onchain finance. Zero-knowledge proofs + two transaction models:
> Phoenix = shielded / confidential
> Moonlight = transparent when you need it.
On top of that:
> DuskDS for fast finality
> DuskVM for native confidential contracts
> DuskEVM + Hedger so Solidity apps can keep balances encrypted
Citadel so you prove you’re eligible without publishing your whole identity
That’s why the RWA story is different here. You can issue securities onchain, hide sensitive market data from the public, and still open the books to the people legally allowed to see them.

More people are reaching out to build on dusk-network:native. One of them, Ichbindas (github.com/ichbindas), has raised issues, opened PRs and helped create the typed-data library with me.
This new library gives dApps and wallets a shared format for signing and verifying structured messages, like login requests. The library is available here and already integrated into Dusk wallet and Dusk Connect:

Every major innovation looked uncertain before adoption. $DUSK keeps building real infrastructure, and that’s what gives me confidence. ⚡🚀
Friendly reminder of how much of a privacy OG $DUSK is.

I started looking at Dusk from the privacy side, but lately I’ve been paying more attention to what happens underneath all that privacy.
One small detail is the way $DUSK handles communication between network participants.
A blockchain can have a strong consensus mechanism, but it still needs a reliable way to move messages around the network. If a block or vote arrives late, the whole process can become messy.
@DuskFoundation uses Kadcast for message propagation.
What I found interesting is that Kadcast is built around a structured network rather than simply broadcasting every message to everyone.
Think of it like passing information through an organized network of connections instead of shouting the same message across an entire room.
That may sound like a backend detail, but these small pieces are what make a blockchain actually function.
Consensus decides what the network should agree on.
Cryptography protects what needs to remain private.
But communication is what connects all those participants in the first place.
That’s why I’m starting to see #dusk less as a single privacy feature and more as a collection of carefully connected components.
Sometimes the most important part of a blockchain is the infrastructure nobody notices until it stops working.
The interesting part of Trump’s statement isn’t just the ambition. It’s how closely Bitcoin, crypto, prediction markets and AI are now being treated as part of the same strategic race.
The U.S. isn’t only competing for financial innovation anymore. It’s competing for the infrastructure, capital and talent that could shape the next digital economy.
For $BTC and the broader crypto market, that creates an important shift. Regulation and government policy are increasingly becoming part of the competitive landscape rather than something happening outside it.
The real question is whether turning America into the preferred home for these industries will actually accelerate innovation or whether the race for leadership creates a new wave of regulatory and geopolitical competition.
