When your sweet 10 year old niece comes on a weekend to see where you work 😍 she found my chair (they have nameplates on the bottom) and tried on an extra robe I have. When girls see all the options available to them, it makes me so hopeful that each generation might have to fight a little less hard to just have a seat at the table!
