From 82 kg and battling depression to 58 kg and feeling full of life.
This past year wasnāt easy. I had to let go of toxic people I once thought would be close friends, face difficult moments, and learn some hard lessons along the way. But through it all, I discovered so much about myself, grew stronger, and became a better version of me.
A huge thank you to those of you who stood by my side and supported me through the hardest moments. Your support meant more than you know. And Iām so grateful for the amazing new friends who came into my life and brought new energy, happiness, and genuine connections.
This year taught me that sometimes losing people is part of finding yourself. Iām proud of how far Iāve come, grateful for everything Iāve learned, and excited for the person Iām becoming. ā¤ļø
