Socks from Arsenal Football Club were designed for professional soccer players. But the club had dozens of unused pairs piling up. Now, the socks are getting a new life by protecting rescued donkeys and horses, and helping them heal from injuries. wapo.st/4g8lSqz

This fireworks season, we are supporting our Fireworks Impact Coalition colleague @RedwingsHS in their petition to reduce the maximum noise limit for fireworks to reduce the harm this time of year has on horses, dogs, cats and small furries. petition.parliament.uk/petit…

Petition: Reduce the maximum noise level for consumer fireworks from 120 to 90 decibels

We think each year, individuals suffer because of loud fireworks. We believe horses, dogs, cats, livestock and wildlife can be terrified by noisy fireworks and many people find them intolerable.
