This issue has now been fully resolved and we thank our customers for their patience. This issue was due to abnormally high traffic throughput that was identified on an individual web cluster.
We're receiving reports that some users are getting intermittent 503 Service Unavailable screens, we are investigating this and will provide updates as soon as possible.
