X’s algorithm is public. And most advice about growing on X is missing the point.
I dug through the actual 2026 source code.
Here’s how X decides whether your post gets 500 impressions or 500,000:
1. X predicts behavior BEFORE ranking your post.
Its Phoenix AI model estimates how likely each person is to:
• Like your post
• Reply or quote it
• Repost or share it
• Send it through DMs
• Click and spend time reading
• Follow your account
• Mute, block or report you
Every person gets a personalized ranking.
2. Not all engagement predictions carry equal weight.
Actual weights from X’s code:
• Copy-link share: 20.0
• Quote: 5.0
• DM share: 5.0
• Follow: 4.0
• Repost: 1.0
IMPORTANT: These are weights on predicted probabilities, NOT points awarded per engagement.
One reply isn’t automatically worth 7.6 likes.
3. Negative feedback matters. A lot.
X also predicts whether someone will:
• Mark your post “Not interested”
• Mute your account
• Block you
• Report your content
• Scroll past without engaging
These predictions negatively affect ranking.
Controversy might generate replies, but attracting the wrong audience can work against you.
4. Your audience matters more than your follower count.
X pulls posts from:
• Accounts people follow
• AI-based interest matching
• Communities of similar users
• Popular recent posts
The goal isn’t reaching everybody.
It’s reaching people most likely to care about your content.
5. Freshness is built into the system.
The published For You pipeline filters posts older than 48 hours.
It also reduces repeated exposure to the same author and filters posts people have already seen.
Publishing 15 times doesn’t mean dominating someone’s feed.
6. Smaller creators actually have an opportunity.
X includes a new-author boost designed to give eligible, lower-exposure accounts additional consideration.
That doesn’t guarantee impressions, but it means the system isn’t exclusively designed for huge accounts.
So what would I actually do to grow?
Pick 2–3 closely related topics and become recognizable for them.
Write hooks that make your target audience stop scrolling.
Publish original insights, numbers, examples and useful frameworks.
Create content people want to quote or privately share.
Start genuine conversations instead of begging for engagement.
Avoid repetitive content that makes people mute you.
Study which posts attract replies, shares and new followers, not just likes.
The biggest takeaway?
Stop optimizing for likes.
Start creating posts that the RIGHT people are likely to read, discuss, share and remember.
That’s a much better way to approach the X algorithm.

Some things you probably don't know about this space:
1. never doxx yourself or reveal your exact location.
2. always move with a burner phone when necessary.
3. never keep all your money in one wallet.
4. never reveal your total crypto holdings publicly.
5. never share your home address with strangers online.
6. never disclose your daily movements or whereabouts.
7. never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
8. never trust everyone you meet in the crypto space.
9. never share your live location while attending crypto events.
10. never expose your personal information during livestreams or spaces.
11. never show off your wealth to strangers.
12. always prioritize your physical safety over your online reputation.
Making money is important, but staying alive to enjoy it is more important.

Take a single referred team that stays subscribed for a full year.
On Lite, that works out to $114 in commission. On Core it is $594, and on Pro it is $1,494. Same 50%, same 12 months, so the only variable is which plan the team picks.
A team you refer today that stays is still paying you a year from now.
That gap matters when you decide where to spend your time.
A community manager with an agency client that has a large community to read is looking at a very different payout from someone who points a small side project at Lite.
Neither is wrong, but the gap shows where a conversation is worth the most. A single Pro team is worth a long stack of Lite ones.
Only paid invoices count. Trials and $0 invoices earn nothing, so a signup that never converts is just a tourist who clicked and left.
That is the honest shape of any commission model, and better to know before you start.

A suspended account can make years of connections feel out of reach. It’s a reminder to think about who controls the digital identity we build and how we can make it more portable. 💜
#EndlessDomains #Web3
I still haven't gotten over my account that was recently suspended.
It’s strange how quickly something you treated as part of life can become inaccessible.
One day, you’re posting, talking to mutuals, and building a reputation; the next, you’re locked out, waiting on a decision you don’t control.
That experience made me think about how much of our digital identity lives on borrowed ground.
Our usernames, followers, posts, and connections can feel like possessions, yet platforms set the rules for access.
What would it mean to own more of our identity online, instead of leaving everything in someone else’s hands?

A woman ran a money-changing booth in a border town. Her cash was split across three booths in three different towns. A man came to her counter needing school fees for his daughter, and the cash he needed sat two towns away. He walked off, and she lost the sale with plenty of cash in hand, just in the wrong place.
Stablecoin issuers face the same problem. Their money gets cut into pieces, one for every pool on every chain, and most of it sits idle waiting for trades.
@AquaZero0 fixes that. Lock the money once, and that one deposit backs every pool and every chain at the same time. It stays put until a trade lands, gets pulled in to fill it, and goes straight back. Providers keep 80% of the fees their money earned, and Aqua0 takes 20%.
This is why used liquidity beats TVL. TVL only counts how much money is parked inside. A Dune study found only about 13.7% of that kind of liquidity got used in an average week of early 2026.
Season 0 opens October 26. a0points decide the leaderboard and the prizes, nothing else.
Incubated by @1inch, 2x @UniswapFND, @ETHGlobal Spotlight NYC '26.
Stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, and traders should all be watching.

The program fits people who already talk to project teams. Community managers who spend their days inside Discord and Telegram know what it feels like to compile a report by hand, which makes this an easy product to recommend.
Agencies can bring it to clients they already serve. Creators and CT regulars who cover web3 can explain it to an audience that includes the teams who need it.
It helps that the first weekly report and score come free with no credit card, so you are not asking anyone to commit before they have seen what it does.
A team that likes the report can upgrade, and that paid invoice is where your commission starts.
So is it worth it?
That comes down to effort. Nothing here is passive, and it is not an airdrop you farm while asleep.
You earn when a team you brought pays, and you keep earning for as long as it stays, up to the 12 months.
That ties your income to retention rather than raw signups, which quietly rewards you for recommending the product only to teams that need it. Reading the details first costs nothing.

If you’re a Web3 content creator who only writes, please learn another skill. I’m so serious.
I’ve seen video creators lose contests and still get projects reaching out to them because they saw their videos.
But how often do you see a writer lose a thread contest and get projects reaching out to them? Exactly.
If you’re a regular Web3 writer whose content is mostly tweeting thoughts, shitposting and paid partnerships, you need to start thinking beyond that.
Either build a strong writing skill like technical writing, copywriting or SEO that you can offer directly to projects, or learn an onchain skill.
Smart contract development, onchain analysis, data analytics, even learning the basics of meme coin trading.
Something.
Because you cannot rely on paid partnerships alone to survive as a Web3 creator. And the earlier you realise this, the better for you.
Anyone can launch a stablecoin in an afternoon. The hard part comes after, when the first real user tries to swap it and gets rekt by slippage.
That is not because the coin is bad, but because the pool behind it is thin, and thin pools punish everybody equally.
Users never blame the pool, though. They blame the coin, tell their friends, and move on.
So the issuer does the sensible thing and seeds more liquidity, then does it again on the next chain, then again on the one after that.
Somewhere around chain three, the treasury stops looking like a war chest and starts looking like a pile of idle bags.
Season 0, which opens October 26, is Aqua0’s first broader test of whether one lock can replace that pile.

Replying to @Reionchain @AquaZero0
❑ 𝗧𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆-𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻
Picture the treasury lead of a small stablecoin team. She has already split the budget across a few chains, and now a partner wants the coin on two more.
Every new chain means more cash, more pools to watch, and more late-night rebalancing, while the coin itself grows no faster.
Run the numbers on a modest version of that plan. Three trading pairs on each of nine chains is 27 separate pools, and every one needs its own cash parked inside it.
Most of that cash does nothing until someone happens to trade against it.
1inch's own protocol docs (deepwiki.com/1inch/aqua), cite analysis suggesting 85 to 97 percent of AMM liquidity goes unused. That is a lot of money sitting around waiting for action.
Aqua0 flips the setup. You lock an asset once, and that single lock backs every pool and every chain the asset trades on.
Twenty-seven jobs become one decision, and nobody has to bridge funds by hand at midnight just to keep depth alive.
❑ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱
Here is what is real.
Aqua0 started as an ETHGlobal Buenos Aires finalist, picked up a $50,000 grant from the 1inch Aqua incubator, and on July 29 opened its private mainnet beta, which 1inch itself shared on 𝕏.
Private is the key word. A small group of stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers and partners lock approved assets into vaults, under a whitelist and a total cap, across nine chains from Base and Arbitrum to Solana.
Each asset gets its own vault, and there is no share token to babysit. Your balance is simply what you put in plus what you earned.
The team's own pitch for this phase is real capital and real trades in a controlled environment, so nobody is pretending the beta is the finished product. It is a live test, and the cap keeps any mistakes small.
Spots are limited in this first phase, so this is early access in the literal sense, and early LPs also get a direct line to the team.
Season 0 opens October 26 and runs for six weeks until December 3. It is the next step after the private beta: a live points campaign where a0points are earned only when capital is actually used in swaps. Idle liquidity earns almost nothing.
The leaderboard tracks real usage rather than parked capital, and the top participants share a $2,500 prize pool.
Points come from committing capital, having it fill trades, keeping it committed over time, swapping across multiple pairs, and bringing new assets that get used.
