Year 5&6 house teams! Fantastic teamwork was demonstrated when each team had to create one rule to either hinder the other teams or help their own team! @RendcombCollege

Year 5&6 immersed themselves in the competitive game of Quidditch, becoming Beaters throwing bludgers, Chasers throwing quaffles; we even had Keepers and children being the incredibly quick and hard to catch, golden snitch! @RendcombCollege

Years 1-6 @RendcombCollege had a wonderful day building fairground rides in their Lego robotics workshop with @hyetteducation. Some of these rides look rather intense!

1,200 children heard me and @philearle blather on about rugby, football, cats, dogs and crocodiles this morning. Oh, and books! Thank you @candygourlay for chairing, @beatricemay for organising my trip, the schools for coming & @cheltfestivals for having us. Loved it!

Y4-6 pupils @RendcombCollege went to the @CheltLitFest today. @philearle & #LesleyParr inspired them to keep enjoying reading and writing by telling them about their new books “Until The Road Ends” and “Where The River Takes Us.” They also loved meeting the authors in person!
