We’re working to address the high rates of maternal mortality — especially for Black women — here in Pennsylvania.
Last year, we launched the Division of Maternal Health Services at @PAHealthDept and invested $1.8 million to begin to address this crisis — and this year, we secured another $2.6 million to devote even more resources to better protect moms and babies across our Commonwealth.
Working alongside the @pablackmhc, we’re going to make sure women get the care they need.
