Eastern North Carolina is my home, and I remain committed to strengthening our economy, protecting our rural communities, and improving infrastructure and flood resilience. 1/3.
It was great to welcome the Vice President of the United States JD Vance to Lenoir County! With just days left in this election, it means a lot to our community to have such a large campaign rally right here at the Kinston Regional Jetport.
Thank you to everyone who continues to show up, volunteer, and support our campaign for re-election. I’m grateful for the encouragement and support from folks across Lenoir, Greene, and Jones counties.
On Tuesday, November 3, I’m asking for your vote. Polls are open from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Please don’t stay home. Bring a neighbor, bring your family, and make your voice heard.

That’s why I voted to SUSPEND the state gas tax. I voted to LOWER your income taxes. And I voted to STOP surprise property tax hikes, so nobody has to worry about being taxed out of the home they’ve worked so hard for.
Friends,
ENC is home. I was born & raised here. I earned my Eagle Scout here & started at Lenoir Community College. I raised our girls here in Kinston. Before I ever went to Raleigh, I served you on the La Grange Town Council and spent 8 years as your Lenoir County Commissioner.
Beautiful day here at Brock Mill Pond! I’m grateful to call ENC home and to have the opportunity to serve the people of Lenoir, Greene, and Jones counties.
This week is your LAST CHANCE to vote EARLY (ends Saturday at 3 PM). I would be honored to have your vote for re-election.
Family budgets in ENC are tight — and we feel it every day. That’s why I’ve been working to bring you relief:
⛽ Voted to suspend gas tax
💵 Cut income tax so you keep more of your hard-earned paycheck
🏡 Fighting to end property tax hikes
🛒 Working to eliminate the grocery tax
I’m fighting every day to bring down costs and save you money — and I’m not done yet. I’m running for re-election to continue delivering results for our communities.
🗳️ Early Voting ends Saturday, October 31.

I had a wonderful time at the Moss Hill Elementary Harvest Festival last night, seeing old friends and reminiscing about some of the best days of growing up in Lenoir County.
It was a pleasure to join 500 fifth graders from Lenoir and Greene counties for the North Carolina Symphony’s Education Concert at the Kinston High’s Performing Arts Center!
I was honored to attend the ribbon cutting for the new State Employees’ Credit Union location on Hill Farm Road in Kinston — alongside the Mayor, City Council, Lenoir County Commissioners, and business leaders from across the area.
