Last week, we were glad to welcome @RepJessie to the North Side Family Medicine Residency Program! During her visit, Rep. Rodriguez learned more about how this residency program is training the next generation of family physicians to provide primary care in Milwaukee’s diverse North Side communities.
During the last state budget, Rep. Rodriguez was a champion for increased funding to support MCW’s Family Medicine Residency Program, which will directly benefit the work happening at the North Side Family Medicine Residency Program.
We appreciate her time and support of the important work happening to train the next generation of family physicians!

Tony Evers vetoed a bill that would've provided public school kids with scholarships up to $1,700 to pay for things like special ed services, tutoring, therapies--at no cost to Wisconsin taxpayers.
Why? Because choice families could benefit too.

Democrats love to talk a big game about school funding, yet they ALL opposed @RepJessie's bill that directly funds students.
Opting into the federal tax credit scholarship is a no-brainer. It means more money for kids at no cost to the state.

The @StateBarofWI supports justice for the wrongfully imprisoned and thanks bill sponsors @Vanwanggaard and @RepJessie for introducing this legislation.

This shouldn’t be a partisan issue—Wisconsin students benefit from this tax credit scholarship, regardless of if they go to public or private school.
Sadly, @GovEvers is refusing to opt us in.
Fortunately @RepJessie and @MaryFelzkowski have a bill to fix that. #YearOfTheKid

Strong proof that closing literacy gaps early - instead of changing the NAEP scoring levels by lowering the standards like Dr. Jill Underly did - helps increase reading proficiency.
Having tough but reachable standards will propel our kids forward.

Gov. Evers is blatantly wrong here. This federal tax credit — which doesn’t cost the Wisconsin taxpayers a penny — will benefit kids in all Wisconsin schools.
Now, that money will flow to other states.
