President Trump is back in Kansas today, and thanks to his leadership, we’ve been able to deliver conservative results for Kansans. @HouseGOP’s Working Families Tax Cuts protected 53,000 Kansas jobs, preserved $10 billion in economic activity, and delivered historic tax relief for Kansas families. Promises made, promises kept.

Taxpayer dollars should serve hardworking Americans, not line the pockets of criminals and fraudsters. I signed @JDVance’s pledge to protect Americans from fraud, safeguard taxpayer-funded programs, and hold those who abuse the system accountable. Growing up on my family farm in Quinter, I know firsthand the dedication and hard work it takes to put food on our tables and keep our country moving. In late August, I sent a letter asking @ATFDirectorRC to provide clear guidance to law-abiding gun owners, manufacturers, and dealers following the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF ruling. Glad to see ATF has now issued that guidance and provided clarity on the requirements going forward. Law-abiding Americans should never be left guessing about how the federal government intends to enforce the law.

Last week, every Senate Democrat voted against the Stop Insider Trading Act. This commonsense legislation prevents Members of Congress and their spouses from trading individual stocks, a policy the vast majority of our country supports. Americans deserve to know their elected officials are serving the public, not their own portfolios.

Expanding year-round E15 gives Kansas farmers stronger markets and drivers more choices at the pump. As a member of the Rural Domestic Energy Council, I’m working to strengthen domestic energy, reduce reliance on foreign oil, and support American energy production.

Today, I introduced the Modern Skies Act to finish the job of updating America’s aviation system. This legislation builds on @HouseGOP’s 2025 investment in modern air traffic control technology, replacing aging towers and facilities, and improving airport infrastructure across the country. America should continue to set the global standard for safe, reliable aviation, and I’m proud to work with @potus, @SecDuffy, and @SenEricSchmitt to get it done.

Every human life is precious, and every child is fearfully and wonderfully made by God. For 50 years, the Hyde Amendment has saved approximately 2.6 million lives and protected taxpayers from being forced to fund abortions. We must honor that legacy and continue to defend the lives of the unborn.

It was an honor to participate in the ribbon-cutting for @KState Western Star Global Grain and Food Center. This landmark facility is the largest agricultural construction project in K-State history and represents a major investment in the future of agricultural education, research, and industry partnerships. The Western Star Global Grain and Food Center will help prepare the next generation of leaders to feed, fuel, and clothe the world while advancing the innovation and research our state excels in.
