I had some free time this morning. I went ahead and added some Lat/Long components to the dataset, making it mappable. I also changed up the way dates were rendered so the development can be seen over time.
Here's what the data looks like now when plotted with folium (nothing fancy). If you like, I'd be more than happy to send you the updated the CSV file with lat/longs. The lat/longs should be manually validated.
