It is interesting that when I contacted VOYA to rollover my pre-tax 457, took 5 minutes on their website, I got notified whithin 48 hours, that the fund transfer was in process, to the same rollover IRA. /6

When I called to understand why the request was rejected, I was informed that the receiving investment company had to provide a letter stating that would accept the rollover funds. Then transferred to a supervisor, who did not say that, but informed me that I have to go to… /4

They have the properly identified title rollover account information. They have been properly notified that I am no longer employed by the company, and have a formal request utilizing their in house forms, yet refuse to execute the request. /3
