Revive updates 🔌
We have a new freephone customer helpline, contactless payment is being rolled out on our rapid charge points, and tariff changes are due on the 2nd of December 2024. More details...
Contactless payment terminals are currently being added to our rapid chargers. When it's available you will see the price on screen for both Revive users and contactless price. The contactless price will be £0.83 per kWh.
Create Centre Records Office RV01018 fast charger is currently offline. Electrical works are required at the site. We are working with Bristol City Council to ensure that we can get the charge point back online as soon as these works are complete. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Yate Shopping Centre rapid RV00013 has sadly been vandalised, so is currently offline. We are escalating with suppliers to secure the necessary spare parts, and will update when we are able to get it back up and running.
Victoria Street rapid charger RV00017 - charging bays have been suspended as part of the construction works. We understand the bay suspension is due to be removed by 24/10/2023. RV00016 remains available.
🔌 Our tariffs will be changing from 29 Aug. Rapid chargers will now cost 69p per kWh (currently 59p) and Fast chargers will now cost 55p per kWh (currently 45p). This is in response to the continued rise in global energy prices.

Pre-authorisation payment change. The change taking place for GeniePoint users will affect Revive users as well.

📣Update: We are making a change to the pre-authorisation amount from 10:00 on the 16th August.
The pre-authorisation is the amount temporarily reserved on your card when you start a charge on the GeniePoint network. If you are a registered driver, you will receive an email from us shortly.

Victoria Street rapid chargers (RV00016 & RV00017) have reduced access because of construction works on the pavement. We've spoken with the contractors who offered to adjust the barriers later today. Charge points are still switched on.
Kingsdown Sports Centre will be managed by @ELITE_Sports_UK as of 1/4/23. The site will be closed for at least 2 weeks for preparations to re-open. This means the charge points will not be accessible. Apologies for the inconvenience. elitesportsuk.com/
