Over the last month we've been so focussed on integrations, working with partners, and serving around 1,000 paying customers, that I didn't get time to really revisit the branding as a whole.

The stark contrast atm is incredible.
Despite my attempts and /feedbacks, this never got sorted smh. Burnt through my $200 allocation so fast. Ended up using >$200 in the API since we had the credits but a shame.
Feels like I need 100k more followers to get a response from the @ClaudeDevs team 😭
Good to take stock of where you are at the start of the week:
- 100s of paid customers monthly
- 100s of pieces of content daily
- Enjoying watch it compound
- Plans to scale it further
- Agents running now

Last point here but I remember DM'ing @garrytan on insta when I just got into startups back around 2020, and I asked why his old startup failed.
One thing he said was something like:
"Didn't charge enough".
Not to be pessimistic, but price wars is often a losing mindset.
Welp... Case and point, if you get into undercutting wars:
- You'll never be the cheapest
- Price isn't a business proposition, it's defining the value of your offering
- You're devaluing your own time and effort
- I have no confidence

When indies replicate a product and their main selling point is "this is cheaper",...
... I get it but you're branding communicates that your product is "cheap".
You're better off competing on the offering and charging as much as you need rather than undercutting.
Why is everyone leaving Anthropic? 🤔
I’ve left Anthropic after more than a year of working on Claude Code and seeing it scale larger than I ever imagined.
I have really loved working at Ant and believe deeply in the mission, and most of all, the idea of a race to the top.
The idea that if we work hard and responsibly, we can raise the bar and inspire others to great outcomes. And if we all push each other to be better, things can be radically good. I will carry the spirit of this with me forever.
My colleagues at Anthropic are the most talented, thoughtful, competent, and earnest people I have ever met. I am glad they are at the wheel and trust them deeply.
To the community on X, thank you for everything. You’ve made this the most fun (and sometimes stressful) job I’ve ever had.
For me, it is time for a bit of a break before diving into something new.

Anthropic have the better model but obscure usage issues, a black box system and honestly, no real support.
Codex have near infinite usage, but the weaker model (for now), a lot more transparency, but also, no real support.
I'd go all in on the one that improved support 😅
P.S. I know support when you have 20m users is difficult, but cracking this would go a long way!
I'm very high functioning, but I can't crack paying regularly on this bird app while trying to build out and grow my startups solo.
X feels like a full tone job or scheduling empty engagement bait.
