Been thoroughly worth staying up through the night to see the Democrats take the House and the Senate.
Up through the night watching the World Series and will be doing that again tonight. Suffice to say I'm very tired. Pleased with the weather though.
Thanks to @virginmedia for helping us out with a return of equipment that we couldn't do ourselves. They were very helpful online and came to get the equipment within a few hours. It's easy to complain (I've done it myself) but it's just as important to give credit whenit is due.
Urgh. The worst fanbase in baseball, Tampa Bay's, are in the World Series. They never turn up before the postseason. Can only hope Milwaukee win the World Series over the fickle bunch.
Back after the break with a lunchtime kick off. Not a fan generally but when I get home so early I am normally happy at that point
Well our hitting has been poor but Tracy's complete mismanagement of the pitching means the hitting issues are irrelevant as no team overcomes such bad management from Chad "Grady Little II" Tracy

This is worthwhile. The local plan does not dictate what WILL happen to a site because a local authority has only limited control over that, particularly on private land. However, it does have a significant part to play in what CAN happen, if a planning application comes forward.

The board will be delighted as they can use this as an excuse not to bring in the players we clearly so desperately need based on "we are losing x by not being in the CL". A proper board would still bring in the players and say let's go for the Europa, not us though
So to further add to the #DPD ineptitude today my parcel from Saturday was dumped on my doorstep and stolen. Zero help on the phone, just passed me to the company I nought from. Utterly useless.
So once again #DPD have failed to deliver a parcel. The issue being the driver isn't intelligent enough to actually read the full address and keeps trying to deliver to next door rather than our door that has an a next to the number. Employ people who pay attention to details
