How did my first Yaru Builder's Club go? Five people joined us at Bricks & Brews in Whitley Bay to try AI tools and work on their ideas.
Here's the short recap: youtube.com/shorts/8ZR4pUXtA…

An AI answer too complicated? Try: "Use simpler words. Give me one example. Explain one step at a time." You don't need to learn special commands to ask a clearer question.
Free session: Whitley Bay, 10 Nov.

A jumble of jobs for the week? Ask AI to group them into a simple checklist. You choose the priorities and decide what is realistic.

Ask AI for outing ideas with short walks, seating breaks and a cafe stop. Then check transport, opening times and access with the actual venues.

Want to thank someone but can't find the words? Ask AI for a short, warm draft. Add a detail that matters to you. The personal touch is yours.

Stuck for dinner ideas? Tell AI a few ingredients and ask for three simple options. Use a trusted recipe for preparation and cooking instructions.

Lots to remember for a day out? Ask AI for a packing checklist based on your plans. Keep what helps and remove the rest. It is a starting point you can adapt.

A blank email can be harder than a conversation. Give AI three points and ask for a short draft. Check that it hasn't added promises or facts you didn't give it.
Free session: Whitley Bay, 10 Nov.

Learning a new hobby? Ask AI to explain one unfamiliar term with an example. If the answer is confusing, say: "Try a simpler explanation." You can set the pace.
Free session: Whitley Bay, 10 Nov.

Try asking AI: "Separate what this letter says from what you are guessing." Use a fictional letter first. Compare the answer with the original before relying on it.
