...and the only person convicted, her own MOTHER, walked out of court with only 2 YEARS OF PROBATION!
Yes, you read that right.
Oh... and her mother hid her de*th for SIX YEARS, and she won’t spend a single day of her sentence behind bars.
The little girl's name was Ana Marie Townsend, she was 1 year old.
Her grandfather called her vibrant, smart, and curious, even at 12 months.
On July 3rd, 2017, firefighters were called to an abandoned house on Hamlin Avenue in Markham, Illinois.
Someone had set it on FIRE.
In the attic, they found a baby girl stuffed in a plastic bag.
She was ALREADY DE*D before the fire was set, the medical examiner ruled it a H*MICIDE.
And the autopsy showed this was NOT the first time she’d been hurt, she had MULTIPLE healed fractures.
IT GETS WORSE.
When the grandparents called asking about their granddaughter, prosecutors say the parents played FAKE BABY CRIES from the internet over the phone.
To make them think she was still alive... then both parents VANISHED.
For TWO YEARS, Ana Marie didn’t even have a name.
She was just “Baby Jane Doe.”
Melody wasn’t found until 2023... hiding in CALIFORNIA.
She was convicted of concealing a hmicidal deth and child endangerment.
The father? He has NEVER been caught.
And Melody wouldn’t tell police where he was.
Her sentence?
Just 2 years of probation and some counseling.
That’s it.
ZERO days in prison.

Apparently, “I was joking” doesn’t make the Secret Service turn around and go home.
Allison Albro, 21, of Daytona Beach, was arrested after allegedly posting that she planned to shoot President Trump at his rally, according to Sheriff Mike Chitwood.
She reportedly told investigators she was joking, had no access to weapons and would never hurt anyone. She now faces charges of written threats to kill and unlawful use of a communications device.
Threatening to assassinate the president deserves a serious response. Calling it a “joke” afterward doesn’t erase the post—or the consequences.

Here's what Townhall reports:
An email address Talarico's own attorneys acknowledge was once his shows up in the 2011 data breach of adult hookup site Fling.com.
The account was made Dec 26, 2010, username "Mohawk787," with interests listed as "fetish" and "group sex."
Weeks later, he started teaching sixth graders.
The email was marked VALIDATED.
Townhall says the IP address matches one tied to his sister's email, and his lawyers didn't dispute that.
Talarico's side says his email was HACKED, the account was likely made by a bot, it was active for just 54 seconds, and he never created it.
They're threatening defamation.
So which is it?
A bot that happened to use his validated email AND an IP linked to his family?
Texans deserve real answers BEFORE November 3rd.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd's "Polk Around and Find Out II" sting.
31 people who allegedly went online looking for 13 and 14 year olds to SA.
Detectives posed online as kids or their guardians.
Suspects allegedly spelled out what they wanted.
Most of them traveled to meet the "child."
7 of the 31 told detectives they work at local theme parks.
Here are some of the arrested:
▪️ Adam Snyder, 24, allegedly works in Disney's Toy Story Land. His Disney uniform and badge were in his car when he showed up to meet a "14-year-old boy"
▪️ Collin Klaco, 24, allegedly once played Mickey Mouse at Disney. Detectives say he brought diapers and wipes to meet a "13-year-old boy"
▪️ Alex Camacho, 25, a Disney food service worker, allegedly brought condoms and a Mountain Dew for a "14-year-old girl"
▪️ Randy Brunet, 26, who allegedly works at Disney resorts, faces 60 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material
▪️ Rashion Crayton, 31, head coach of the Davenport Titans youth football and cheer team, which serves kids ages 11 to 14, allegedly showed up with lubricant and sex toys to meet a "14-year-old girl"
▪️ Dang Thai, 24, a Navy petty officer, allegedly pretended to be 17 and brought condoms
▪️ Robert Schulz, 67, a retired NYC firefighter, allegedly fought deputies and asked to be let go as a "professional courtesy"
▪️ Hernan Sanchez Rangel, 29, is in the country illegally from Venezuela, per the sheriff, and his charges were upgraded because of it.
Across all 281 people arrested in the full sting, including the prostitution arrests, suspects had 358 prior felony charges between them.
In the prostitution sting, 31 of the people arrested are ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Allison Albro told them it was a joke. No Glock, no gun at all. Detectives searched her home with her permission and found none.
Booked anyway. Written threats to kill, a second degree felony in Florida, up to fifteen years. Held with NO bond.
Sheriff Mike Chitwood: "I would strongly advise anyone else thinking of posting a 'joke' along these lines to think twice."
