@RileyEllisonVB always steps up in regional play! 3 games, all with Serve Rec scores above 2.2. 3 is the highest for non volleyball people. In 2 years at Regions, 6 games, 130+ attempts with only 3 errors. @CrissyEllison1 @oaksie72 hudl.com/v/2JhfAC

Due to illness and other commitments, my team has been short a 6-rotation outside hitter. I’ve stepped up into the role for the remainder of the season! This is a fun opportunity for me to grow as an athlete and help my team!
Had a blast at the last MEPL! We finished 13th in the 17s age group. So blessed to be able to compete at such a high level against amazing teams!

RECRUITs: People will MOCK you, TROLL you, HATE you, DOUBT you, and LAUGH at you. Remember, everyone laughed at Noah building the Ark until it started to rain.

Agility workout this week was the toughest one yet! After box jumps and footwork, we finished with 5- 15 yard suicides.

One of my favorites out of the 2 intense workouts yesterday with @RileyEllisonVB ! First workout was whole body weightlifting, the second was working on speed & agility. More than thankful to have a teammate who encourages and pushes me every day!
Whole body weightlifting workout in the A.M., agilities workout in the P.M.
Teammates who workout together, win together! @MakiyahJustice 💪🏼
