PATRIOTISM IS MORE THAN WAVING THE FLAG.
Loving Nigeria means believing in what we can become, even when we are disappointed by where we are today.
It means refusing to let our differences divide us, supporting one another, respecting those who serve, protecting our shared resources, and demanding accountability from those in power.
We must learn to separate our love for Nigeria from our disappointment with its leadership. Criticizing what is wrong is not hatred for our country. Sometimes, it is one of the deepest expressions of patriotism.
Nigeria belongs to all of us, not just those in government. Its future depends on what we build, how we treat one another, and what we are willing to change.
We may come from different tribes, speak different languages, and practise different religions, but we share one home.
Let us love Nigeria enough to defend its people, confront its problems, celebrate its heroes, and work towards a country future generations will be proud to inherit.
We're One country with Many identities And A shared future. 🇳🇬

"It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness." ~ Lamentations 3:22–23

It’s interesting how your perspective changes when you finally experience the other side of a story.
