Everyone has highs and lows, it’s how you pull yourself out of the lows that make you the person you are.
I can only speak for myself that when my life was pushed down I stood up and worked harder. That type push doesn’t come from your brain it comes from your gut and the person you are. Giving up is not an option.
This weekend in Frankfurt Germany @Finance26 the girls, Archie ,Bo,Niels, Ryan and Zack , Jonathan Walden’s sons worked like a fine toothed comb. It reminded me of my trading desk in the S&P $ES on the @CMEGroup @everyone with their separate rolls working in unison.
I have always known there is no team without the letter T. The T comes in when we know exactly what we have to do and do it and knock it out.
To the team, please do not thank me for anything because 1) it could not have been done with out you and 2) no one person should credit.
See you in Miami in November and January when we do the same thing… knock it out of the box..
