Tbh I don’t care to hear everyone’s moralizing about conservative influencers. I’ve been screaming and waving my arms about the clear hypocrisy on the right for two years and maybe a handful of people heard me. Most have called me a tone policing feminist . Yall followed them despite their clear lack of fruit because they talked down to people and insulted everyone you didn’t like , so now you see you’ve weakened your own movement They were OBVIOUSLY hypocritical Pharisees from the beginning but they were “based” and “mean for the right reasons” “They’re saying what needs to be said” I was told. I’m going to say it again, cruel arrogance is not a fruit of the spirit. But please keep elevating and celebrating these people everytime they insult someone you wanted to see insulted. And keep watching them fall in their own blatant hypocrisy and pull your movement down as they go.

A few years ago, all the young men struggling to find an identity listened to an atheist talking head and became edgy atheists because they thought it was “based” That was the popular counter culture. Today, the toxic talking heads are pushing a counterfeit Christianity rather than atheism. So all those men who 10 years ago would have been edgy atheists running around yelling “sky daddy”, are now running around yelling “deus vult” and “apple”. And they know as much about Christ as those that came before them knew about atheism. Nearly nothing. The same way they turned atheism from an intellectual exercise in debate and proof to “we’re just not making a claim” We now see Christianity losing all meaning and truth but has become a label slapped on a worldly culture of bitter tyranny and a mocking spirit. Christianity thrives under persecution, not popularity. Anytime Christianity is popular that has lead to an unregenerate worldly and ignorant church. People that falsely convert for the social status and to be “based” but haven’t been changed from the inside by a true encounter with Christ. Discipleship is important.
