🧠 I2WE Thinking Stage: Awareness Begins Before the Ball Moves Championship teams don't just communicate with their voices—they communicate with their body language. The Thinking Stage of the I2WE Five-Stage Synergy Model is all about awareness—recognizing what teammates need before they ask and responding with intentional actions that build trust and connection. Here are 5 body language habits every player should develop: 👀 1. Eye Contact – Read intentions and anticipate the next play. 👍 2. Head Nod / Acknowledgment – Show your teammates you're engaged, listening, and connected. 👉 3. Pointing & Communicating – Direct teammates, identify threats, and create clarity. 🏀 4. Aware Body Orientation – Stay in an athletic stance while constantly scanning the floor. 🙌 5. Open Hands / Ready Position – Show you're available, prepared, and ready to make the next play. At I2WE, we believe: Awareness creates connection. Connection creates synergy. Synergy creates winning teams. Every championship starts with players who see the game, see each other, and play for something bigger than themselves.
