A Delhi consumer commission has ordered Kia India and its dealer to pay ₹5 lakh to a Seltos GTX Plus owner over a complaint that dashboard reflections on the windshield affected driving visibility.
Here's the interesting part.
Kia reportedly offers anti-reflective solutions in some international markets. Yet in India, the problem was treated as a “natural phenomenon”.
To be fair, the commission did not declare the car's windshield or design defective. But it did find unfair trade practice in the way the case was handled.
Why are Indian car buyers still treated like third-world customers when India is one of the most important automobile markets in the world?

🚨 Udaipur: A 75-year-old man died after being hit by a crane while he was taking a walk.
Ambalal Mali died there in an accident at Moya Chauraha in Badi Gaon, Udaipur.
According to news he had gone out of his house for a walk.
The front wheel of the crane reportedly ran over him.
The driver left the place quickly after the accident.
Police from Badgaon arrived at the location. The body was taken to MB Hospital.
Police are looking for the driver who ran away and are checking what caused the accident.

Car drivers with Zero obstruction routinely hit pedestrians. This crane driver had a massive blind spot.

A dog came in front of a scooter and caused the rider to fall. Helmet seem to have not been strapped as it came out during the fall.
The dog also came under a car but got up and ran away. The rider appears to be injured.
