During Covid-19 lockdowns @theCALMzone's helpline saw a 36% increase in demand. Last week’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek saw @theCALMzone push for #ACTION to ensure people prioritise their mental health. This is a charity pushing boundaries to ensure that no-one is left behind.

With #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek coming up we're shouting out @ChasingStigma charity, who are leading the way for better signposting - to over 3,000 mental health support services through their #HubofHope - and increasing public understanding with Ambassador of Hope training.
