My new report on why US needs a new policy framework and organization of government if we are not to lose techno-econ war with China. It requires new organizational structures focused on national economic power industry competitiveness and strategy. itif.org/publications/2026/1…

My take on AI panic-regulator/doomers. From alexander hamilton “Events merely possible have been magnified by distempered imagination into inevitable realities, and the most distant and doubtful conjectures have been formed into a serious and infallible prediction."

The stark reality is that the reality of existential techno-econ industry competition means that the US regulatory system set up from the 1960s to the 1990s no longer serves the national interest. At minimum, we need massively more regulatory flexibility, especially for industries in competition with China.
