30 years a #paramedic today.
Gives me cause for much reflection. My thoughts go out to those I joined with & those I have met along the way, some sadly not with us anymore. Thank you for what you do and take care of yourself, your family, friends & colleagues. #paramedicine
Really proud to have contributed to this published work with my colleagues Lyle Brewster and @SonjaMaria9

Just spent 20 hrs working alongside our amazing @CharlesSturtUni #paramedic students who volunteer on the Australian @IRONMANtri medical team in Port Macquarie. Congrats to you all, you represented yourselves the profession and CSU with distinction. Very proud to be a part of it. – at Port Macquarie, New South Wales

One of my commitments is to promote human values based on common sense and scientific findings. What we need is more self-confidence, which comes from concern for others' well-being. The real source of inner strength and self-confidence is warm-heartedness.
We're moving house atm and have been taking the associated trips down memory lane as we unearth forgotten gems. Who's this handsome rooster in Ali (@BSTPMQ) and my 1993 graduation photos? @BillLord2 #Paramedic

Cultivating compassion is not a religious practice focused on ensuring we go to heaven or a good future life. It’s about living a good day-to-day life here and now. It’s about being a happy person. Warm-heartedness is a fundamental good human quality.
I am looking for recommendations for or warnings against Australian based #research #transcription services or providers. #FOAMed #AcademicTwitter #phdchat my first phase of interviews are drawing to a close so it's time to transcribe.
In this mornings presser it was great to see and hear @NSWAmbulance commissioner Dominic Morgan speak to the public so clearly honestly and genuinely about the real struggles being faced everyday by #paramedics during this pandemic. He displayed great leadership today IMO.
@jonmacka70 it was great to see him acknowledge the control centres too mate.
Australian #paramedics please support this valuable research on this compelling topic.
The project centres on the everyday racism experienced by paramedics, whether this comes from patients, colleges, bystanders, or hierarchical structures.

I was sadden to hear the health minister single out a #paramedic as a participant in last weekends unlawful protest in this mornings presser. I hope this individual does not damage the outstanding reputation the profession holds within the broader community!
Fantastic to see our students engaging in this valuable learning opportunity. #csulife #Paramedic #STUCON2021 #paramedics #education
Great to receive this photo from @csuspa_pm in Port Macquarie, who are hosting a group live stream of #STUCON2021 on campus!
