If I had a $5M/month budget for @MetaWin streamers, here’s how I’d approach it. I’d build a roster of 15 streamers maximum, split into two groups: 1. Established streamers (50% of the budget) 5 proven streamers with large audiences and established reputations. Total budget: $2.5M/month. $500K per streamer/month, approximately $16.7K/day. Goal: Reach, visibility, and new user acquisition. 2. Community streamers (50% of the budget) 10 OG community members who are active, entertaining, consistent, and have growth potential. Total budget: $2.5M/month. $250K per streamer/month, approximately $8.3K/day. Goal: Develop loyal creators who grow alongside MetaWin for the long term. Some community members I’d consider: Silvermoon, Crabu (Loyal Thug), Gucci, Dunk My Balls,Tai, me of course (Babar) and alongside other qualified candidates. Why this structure? Established streamers bring the reach, while community members bring authenticity and loyalty. Instead of constantly relying on external creators, MetaWin could build its own long-term streaming ecosystem. Of course, before allocating the budget, I’d want to clarify whether the $5M is purely playable balance or includes compensation, how much is withdrawable, whether cash-out caps apply, and what conditions come with the funds. My philosophy: invest 50% in reach today and 50% in building the creators of tomorrow. P.S. If you need someone to help build and manage this roster, I’m happy to help. 👀
