Our issues run way deeper than having Haji Wright back.
Whats our style of play?
Where are our patterns of play?
Genuinely after 8 (9 inc cup) games ive seen nothing to tell me the answer to those questions. Big problems

If I speak I’m in trouble…
Today was so disappointing. We were awful. I’ve been saying it all along but the loyalty to the Championship squad of last season will send us down with Lampard out of a job.
At this point I feel for a few players, but Gboho must be fuming…

Questions will again be asked about recruitment. Eight players who were with us in the Championship start once again. Again £30m+ of Tchaouna and Gboho missing. Very, very little threat going forward. #pusb

Blood on your hands Lampard.
Too fucking loyal to grimes bta etc
Got one of Ligue 1’s most exciting number 10s on the bench and persisting with loyalty to the championship.
MVE awful every game so far, start KKH.
God awful game, their keepers had a day off

Sitting off with 35% possession at home to Fulham is one way to disenfranchise a whole fan base.
At least get relegated having a go.

I get the inevitability of likely relegation. I understand the thought behind playing deep, staying in games, keeping them close. But we have players who it feels like tactically been told to play with arms behind their backs. Let’s be braver, let’s TRY win. Tough one today. 🩵

I’ve been very lenient on grimes this season but today made you realise that what has he actually done this season?
Last season he was good because he wasn’t pressed but under pressure it’s always backwards but you never see him make a tackle or move up the pitch?

So passive. At home. Against a side below you in the league. Where was the intensity?

If we go down, we go down. I have already accepted that.
But at least go down fighting lads. #PUSB
No exaggeration. We knew it would be tough to stay up - no disrespect to Fulham & Hull, but we 0/6… that’s unacceptable.
I love every single player that’s got us up to the Prem. But it’s time Frank makes some difficult decisions and cut out the loyalty.
Onto Sunderland

Didn’t expect to fully compete at the level but IT’S ALL WAY TOO SLOW. Not even just today’s game. We’re not quick enough in absolutely anything we do, except for losing the ball. Our two wins were shithouse and freak. I said it was a disappointing window and I stand by it. #pusb

If Lampard keeps sticking with BTA and Grimes, then he’ll find himself jobless very quickly

Am a bit sad. This just isnt us. Would rather us balls on the table and go down throwing haymakers and getting caught.
We are a hotdog with no oinon or condiments atm.

Big calls from Frank needed asap. Doug wont be loyal to him, needs same mentality.
How we have spent 35m on attackers that don't get on the pitch or in squad is mental.
Try to be positive but dogshit is dogshit and that was dogshit.
Next Saturday even more pressure now.

WEATHER UPDATE: According to TalkSport who think Coventry vs Fulham and Sunderland vs Leeds could be at risk...
Saturday’s games of Aston Villa vs Manchester City, Arsenal vs Everton and Chelsea vs Tottenham all appear to have escaped the worst of the weather.
Coventry vs Fulham at 3pm could be the most at risk on Saturday with heavy downpours and wing gusts of 44MPH expected around kick-off.
The inclement weather will continue into Sunday and there are five Premier League games in the schedule. Crystal Palace vs Newcastle would appear to be fine, but the other four games are taking place in the north of the country and could all be in trouble.
Hull vs Brentford, Liverpool vs Brighton, Manchester United vs Bournemouth and Sunderland vs Leeds will all take place under the yellow weather warning should they not be postponed.
Sunderland looks set to face the volatile conditions with winds of 63MPH being forecasted in Tyneside. While rain shouldn’t be an issue on Sunday, wind gusts are set to be at least 50MPH in Hull, Liverpool and Manchester too.
