US energy company execs have resigned in disgust as the Trump family is caught secretly expediting the funneling of $25 billion from a sanctioned Russian energy giant in exchange for allowing Russians to obtain a natural gas project in Alaska. According to investigations by The New York Times and Financial Times, Russia's Novatek allegedly concealed its financial involvement in the American project through a UAE-linked intermediary. Gentry Beach, a longtime Trump ally and close friend of Donald Trump Jr., signed an agreement with Novatek to pursue natural gas development in Alaska. Reuters documented the arrangement in February. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin discussed this cooperation on the Alaska energy project with Trump's representatives, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, during negotiations involving Russia and Ukraine. The controversy deepened when Polar Train LNG's CEO, Joel Riddle, raised concerns about concealed Russian financing and possible sanctions violations. He departed in September, followed by other senior executives. The Financial Times also described discussions about a potential arrangement under which Novatek would provide technology for the Alaska project in exchange for sanctions relief benefiting its Arctic LNG 2 development in Siberia. According to The New York Times, Riddle and two other departing executives warned the Trump administration about the Russian financing and urged officials to investigate. The White House maintains that the project was mentioned only briefly and that no detailed discussions took place. There is no established evidence that Kushner or Witkoff knew about the allegedly concealed financing. Polar Train LNG denies wrongdoing. The central question is how a sanctioned Russian energy company became involved in a major American energy venture while Putin was discussing potential economic cooperation with Trump's representatives and a longtime Trump family associate was pursuing a separate agreement with the same Russian company. Selling Alaska to the Russians or selling Ukraine to the Russians - to the Trump family it's all the same. ft.com/content/e9cfbfbb-e65a…

As turnout in Texas nears 3 million votes, Hispanic turnout is now exceeding presidential levels. More Hispanics have voted than did at this point in the 2024 presidential election. What's driving this huge increase? Young voters.

This Forbes investigation is a must-read. Donald Trump pulled in roughly $1.4 billion from crypto in 2025, plus more than $200 million from real estate, and faced a projected tax bill north of $500 million. So his company donated the "development rights" to his Jupiter, Florida golf course to a land trust, argued the course was a natural habitat worth protecting, and kept right on running the club. Forbes estimates the write-off could land around $825 million. He has done this at least five times since 2005. New York's attorney general alleged two of those appraisals were inflated. In Doral, he claimed a deduction of up to $323 million, more than double what he paid for the entire resort. A month after the Jupiter deal, he sued the IRS. The settlement his own Justice Department signed bars claims against him over matters that "could be pending," language that appears broad enough to cover this year's taxes. A federal judge found the case was brought to manipulate the judicial process. And the man now running the IRS, who took the job as this deal was being assembled, has a home backing onto those same Jupiter fairways. This is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should be able to use the presidency to write his own tax bill. forbes.com/sites/danalexande…

How spiritually bankrupt and morally depraved do you have to be to condition aid for veterans on the outcome of an election? What a small, desperate, power hungry man.
Trump on Camp Lejeune water contamination claims: "If we win the House and Senate, I am directing the Department of Justice to settle all remaining legitimate claims as soon as possible ... if we don't win, there's no money."

Witkoff’s pathetic fawning over this KGB thug betrays American values & security. He should cite Putin’s humanitarian greatness to the prisoners he’s tortured & killed, the children he’s kidnapped, the Ukrainians whose country he’s bombing w/ bloodlust 1/ thehill.com/homenews/adminis…

Beyond irresponsible. What part of enforcing a law passed 86-11 by the Senate does the President and his advisors not understand? It’s unconscionable that this administration is capitulating to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians every single day. If the President wants to actually bring down energy prices, he can do it by solving the Iran problem, not by doing a solid for Vladimir Putin. apnews.com/article/russia-sa…

THE IRS JUST PERMANENTLY STOPPED LOOKING AT TRUMP'S OWN MONEY Not paused. Not under review. PERMANENTLY ENDED. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche ordered the IRS to shut down every current and future audit of the Trump family and the Trump business Read that again. The man appointed by Trump just told the agency that taxes Americans to protect Trump's taxes from ever being taxed This came out of Trump v IRS, a lawsuit and settlement so unorthodox that Democrats, Republicans, and the judge overseeing it all raised alarms at the same time. When everyone across the aisle is uneasy, that's not partisanship, that's a five-alarm fire Meanwhile your audit letter still shows up in the mail like clockwork Small business owners get flagged for a $400 deduction. Trump's entire empire gets a permanent hall pass signed by his own hand-picked AG This is a sitting president using the machinery of federal law enforcement to make his own finances legally untouchable, forever, while he's still in office setting the rules for everyone else's taxes There is no oversight committee scarier to Trump than the IRS knocking on his door, so he had his own DOJ nail that door shut Ask yourself who else gets to write themselves out of a tax audit permanently. Nobody. Nobody but Trump The family business gets immunity. The country gets the bill This isn't governance. This is Trump laundering his own tax exposure through the highest law enforcement office in the land Share this before they bury it under the next distraction

🤔If the “news” reports that everyone will get $5,000 checks if Republicans win the midterms, does that make them “fake news?” If it is real news, does it mean Republicans are running “against socialism” or “for socialism?”

Anthony Scaramucci on Trump’s corruption: “When you say the word depraved, it is so much worse than that, so much darker than that. There’s a level of shamelessness to him. They are literally overtly now stealing money. They’re literally selling pardons, insider trading with information they get from the government. It is a scene I think will long be remembered by Americans if we can get a reformer to come in after him and clean this up and it’ll be one of the darker parts of our history”

Forget the money. Look at the guest list. A Putin oligarch linked to the mass abduction of thousands of Ukrainian children, celebrating the marriage of the President's son to the daughter of the banker who called Jeffrey Epstein 'a gentleman of the highest integrity.' Tell me again who the crime family is.
