Speedy recovery Rob and we hope to see you back soon!

We are thrilled to announce the signing of 34 year old midfielder Rob Wilson.
Another vastly experienced player added to the Rammy ranks, Rob started his career with Lancaster City back in 2008 and had three spells at the Giant Axe making over 250 appearances.
Manager Steve Wilkes commented on Rob's arrival, "Another fantastic addition to the club".
"Rob will bring us quality on the ball and he's another player with experience from playing above. I've tried to sign Rob on numerous occassions so I'm really pleased to have finally got him."
Rob also spent time at Workington, narrowly losing a play off final to Bernard and Jonno's Salford City before spending the last couple of seasons as captain at Kendal Town scoring 18 goals in the process.
"I'm so happy to be joining Ramsbottom", said Rob.
"I’ve known Wilkesy for quite a few years and I’ve played with Teaguey previously, so I’m looking forward to the new challenge under them."
"I’ve always enjoyed playing at the HWRS with opposing teams, so I’m hoping this season can be a successful one."
Welcome to Rammy, Rob!
Don’t make em like us anymore. Getting grief off the Mrs😩 Where are you @CharlieRussel17 ??
The media guy clearly doesn’t know @andyharryt well. This would be more suitable for the wallet picture
Robbie, what a servant you’ve been to Blyth. But on an honest note. Do you remember me sneaking one in the back post at Croft Park in the 93rd minute?
Thanks to everyone associated with @Blyth_Spartans over my 17 years, staff, fans and all of my team mates, definitely my last competitive game for the club today, all the best for the future
Shame this guy lives in the arse end of nowhere because if he lived centrally to the league, he’d have big offers coming out of his ears.. the Workington 🐐 #CT11

Oh lets not forget @LancasterCityFC's @RobWils8 net-buster and early #goaloftheseason contender yesterday 🔥⚽️🔥
Will go to my grave that😂 Walshie what a man
What about @RobWils8 writing himself into club history with that last minute winner?
“Absolute pandemonium in that reds end, a few of the fans tumbling over the hoardings”
Cant be telling us you get similar scenes with Lancaster away these days Rob?😉

With the early end to the 2019/20 season due to the coronavirus outbreak and the government guidance to close the club, we have lost all our revenue streams - match day income, sponsorship, car park income etc.
We hope you are all safe and well💙
