There are many people telling me today that the state pension won’t be worth less after the triple lock is scrapped The government are scrapping the triple lock to save money, if pensions won’t be worth less how are the government saving money I’m a Labour voter but facts matter

If the state pension is not enough for a single pensioner living alone to be able to heat their home and eat well as a bare minimum, it is surely morally wrong to take steps to make the state pension worth even less.
