Sit on remembrance and remember why,
Take a deep breath and take to the sky,
Always remember itโs ok to shed a tear,
A tear for those that had no fear......#WeWillRememberThem #LestWeForget

No one should ever feel suicidal. Making sure people know there are organisations they can talk to when they need help is a great start to preventing this. letโs get talking & let everyone know that however bad things get you can always pull it back. ๐๐ป #suicidepreventionday

My days go by so very slowly,
A gentle breeze, a breath of fresh air,
I am always contemplating my place,
I lay on the grass with a smile on my face,
Not something that happens daily,
This is just one lucky day that I am still apart of. #mentalhealth #poetry #veterans #PTSD
