Brain dump all your thoughts, questions, uncertainties, etc with a new stack/lang/concept in a PAPER notebook. Find the answers later through books, forums, etc.

Today is #ruokday, but life happens EVERY day.
Look out for signs someone might need you to check in and ask, 'are you OK?'.
Because a conversation could change a life.

ALT Illustration of two cartoon characters on a bench, with one character showing concern for the other. Thought bubbles show one thinking, "I think they're struggling" and "i am going to check in". They then askl the other character R U OK? The bottom of the image includes the text "Ask R U OK? ANY DAY" and is credited to @josie.doodles.
