NEW: The World Anti-Doping Agency is reportedly investigating whether or not Olympic ski jumpers are injecting their pen*s' with hyaluronic acid for a competitive edge.
The announcement comes after German newspaper Bild reported on the bizarre accusation.
The outlet reports that multiple people were previously banned from competing after it was revealed they adjusted their suits around the crotch area to provide extra lift.
The scheme made the suits larger, reducing the rate at which they descended.
One study found that for every 2cm in "suit size circumference," there was a 4% reduction in drag, increasing lift by 5%, which can reportedly add an extra 5.8 meters in the length of the jump.
"Jumpers have switched to other methods to game the system when they are measured for their suits, data for which is taken by a 3D scanner from the lowest point of their genitals," the Guardian reported.
"They include injecting acid into their penises or putting clay in their underwear to make their measurements temporarily bigger and therefore their suits looser for when they compete."
In response to the report, Wada president Witold Banka said he was "going to look at it."

On October 7 and 8, 2025, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) conducted its annual Commercial Motor Vehicle Enforcement Blitz at Woodbine Mohawk Park, involving over 125 officers and inspectors from the Greater Toronto Area and South Western Ontario. A total of 517 trucks were inspected, with 260 (50%) found to have defects and 161 (31%) taken out of service until repairs were made. Issues included driver licensing, trip inspections, dangerous goods violations, and mechanical problems, primarily brakes and tires.
The Ministry of Finance conducted 273 inspections targeting Fuel Tax Act, International Fuel Tax Agreement, and Tobacco Tax Act violations. Inspectors issued 316 charges and 120 warnings, with 15 trucks having their license plates seized due to severe deterioration, requiring repairs and recertification.
The blitz highlighted the need for strict enforcement to ensure road safety and regulatory compliance in the commercial trucking sector, addressing both mechanical and administrative violations effectively.

Most bizarre thing I've seen on twitter in a while, the Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger article in the Times and Daily Mail. Includes the line "In court she accused Taittinger of forcing her into a dissolute life of heavy champagne consumption"
