We spend too much money in Ontario. We should demand more fiscal prudence from our government and we should look more often to the private sector rather than Queens Park to grow our economy. But to suggest that a *checks notes* NDP government would do better is ridiculous.

Doug Ford pulled the rug out from under students and then blamed them for it. His government was warned about suspicious OSAP activity at private career colleges as far back as 2023, and it kept approving them for funding anyway. Now students are left with more debt, no OSAP grants and no idea how they’ll finish school. Today I’m forcing a vote to make Ford come up with a plan, within 14 days, for the students paying the price for his government’s failure.
