DO NOT BREAK THESE LAWS : 1. When you are angry - stay silent and think, rather than shouting and breaking things. 2. When you are lucky - do not boast. 3. When you have problems - do not panic. 4. When you are in a group - watch your habits. 5. When you are with friends - hold you tongue. 6. When things are tongue - do not complain to just anyone. 7. When you are alone - watch your thoughts. 8. When you are at the top - do not forget who you were at the bottom. 9. When you make a mistake - have the courage to admit it.

Eating the same meals. Sleeping and waking on a schedule. Getting stronger using the same workouts. The secret to a fit body is to do the boring things consistently.

If Iran dropped a bomb on US soil and killed 168 girls, WE all know what America’s response would be. Nuke Iran. America is the only country to have ever nuked another country. Yet so many fools have been brainwashed that it’s Iran who cannot have a nuclear weapon because they would bomb everyone. But we all know, it is America that has no restraint to bombing anyone at will and using a nuke. Knowledge is free, just as stupidity is free!

Massive new vitamin D study just dropped — and it’s getting zero mainstream attention A 4-year trial with 25,000 adults across the US (led by 140 researchers) found: Vitamin D3 supplementation significantly preserved telomere length (only 1 year of aging in 4 years). This follows a 10-year Canadian study (12,000 people) showing ~40% reduced dementia risk with vitamin D. The message is clear: Start early, preserve what you have — telomeres don’t reverse once shortened. 2:04 clip inside — game-changing science you need to hear.
